Harnessing the Power of Creative Thinking

BBN – Yes I Can started by asking certain questions and then finding solutions. Creative thinking was applied to ensure that it was complete and packaged to have wide appeal and support when presented to the three essential stakeholders – Business, the General Public and our Youth. Creating thinking forms an important part of the 5 Mountain Entrepreneur Development System.

In South Africa we need “out of the box” thinking to roll out on practical wheels to make it a success that has the potential to start new businesses and employ people. We call on our young people to dream, think creatively and form that essential partnership with business to turn dreams into reality. You can start now by doing the following:

  • Believe that you are a person of great worth, uniquely designed to play an important role in your community at this point in time of your life. If you don’t believe it, who will?

  • Believe that you have the potential to produce good ideas. Start reading books on creative thinking, marketing etc.. Feed only possibility thinking and positive thoughts into your mind so that you become a positive potential, yes I can thinker. It is difficult to think creatively if you are a negative person.

  • Begin asking questions such as: What product or service does the market need?; What new product or service can I create which would be unique and different, which nobody has ever thought of? Ask others what they think the market requires?; Become a good listener.

  • Never give up. Remember that Desires + Choices + Actions + Consequences = Your Life. Success is therefore an attitude of the mind. Nurture your mind so that you continuously have what we call a ‘Bank vault mind’ instead of a ‘Junk yard mind’. Feed good stuff into your mind continuously and it will never let you down. Your mind is the most precious God-given resource that you will ever own. The onus is on you to exercise it wisely and consistently. If you vegetate in front of the TV all day the chances are good that you will have a junk yard mind. Good stuff in, good stuff out, rubbish in, rubbish out.

The 5 Mountain Entrepreneur Development System has been designed to teach you everything you will need to become a successful creative thinking entrepreneur. Our aspiring entrepreneurs also enjoy the support of the business and general community as the BBN – Yes I Can Initiative gathers momentum in the community. South Africa needs creative thinkers who in every situation see the glass half full rather than half empty. It starts all starts with you and the mountain you choose to climb.
