5 Mountain Entrepreneur Development System

The 5-Mountain Entrepreneur Development System and Challenge has been designed to make it fun and exciting as you work towards becoming a business entrepreneur. It is a partnership between you and the business community and begins the day you start Mountain 1 right until you enter the world of business after your education and beyond.

Our goal is to mobilise a large section of the community, including businessmen and women, to help guide and support you during the period that you are learning to become an entrepreneur. Below is a short introduction to 5-Mountain. The first three mountains are contained in an executive bag we call “The Yes I Can - Business in a Bag”. A feedback report must be completed at the end of each mountain to evaluate your progress. An Award Certificate is given for every mountain conquered.

Mountain 1: Success in anything begins with developing your Potential, Purpose and Passion for what you want to achieve. Mountain 1 is all about ‘You’ and that incredible potential you have within you. Let’s get it moving to make your “Big Dreams” become “Real Results”!

Mountain 2: Nothing happens without action. Mountain 2 will help you channel your passion into action to start your entrepreneur project. This is really where the excitement starts and where you begin to learn important principles in starting a business.

Mountain 3: connects your business project to the market. It is important that you grow your experience in launching your project and then making it a success. Through our “Marketing Assistance” support we help you turn your products/services into income.

Mountain 4: With experience comes confidence. At this stage you will be growing in experience and working on an advanced business plan with either growing your existing entrepreneur project into a real business or looking to start a new entrepreneur project that will become a larger business after your education.

Mountain 5: Are you growing as a person of value and growing solid relationships with your clients? Are you growing as a role model and are you applying the 2-Tier Entrepreneur Approach in your business. To what extent are you making an impact in your community?

5 Mountain can either be taught at schools or by parents wanting to prepare their children for successful self-employment in partnership with BBN, as a hedge against unemployment.
