BBN 6-3-1 Community Success Plan
This Plan implements 6 Critical Bridges that effectively connects the 3 Essential Community Stakeholders (Business + General Public + our Youth) in ways that encourages and supports their working together as “1” united community behind a definite vision, mission and practical plan, so that many more will be inspired and developed to become entrepreneurs and job creators instead of job seekers. In this respect we have made a positive start.
6 Critical Bridges
- An Embraceable Vision that synergises with the aspirations of all South Africans. Our Vision is to achieve a Safe, High Employment and Prosperous South Africa. By prosperous we mean: economically, body, mind and spirit.
- An Action Mission of Building Bridges Nationwide of Hope and Scope to achieve the Vision.
- A Practical Plan. Our first practical plan is the “Yes I Can” Initiative focused on inspiring a generation and eventually a nation of job creators.
- A Platform that all can get involved at the level of their choice and be made to feel that they are making an effective difference. In this respect the BBN Role Players will play an important role within their community. Even the smallest involvement such as spreading the word will help BBN achieve success in their community.
- Leadership. Attracting men and women from all walks of life. In this respect we are making good progress as many more get to know about BBN and the exciting role they can play.
- Effective Communications with all involved to maintain a high level of interest, excitement and growing support.
3 Essential Stakeholders and growing a community where
all stand together as ‘1’.
Business, the General Public and the Youth are the 3 Essential Stakeholders. BBN’s goal will be to implement the 6 Critical Bridges that facilitates the effective partnership between the 3 Essential Stakeholders in practical ways. In this respect, BBN addresses the needs and concerns of each stakeholder
as follows:
- For the General Public it means that business will work towards achieving a safe, high employment and prosperous community subject to their willing support.
- For the Youth it means finding ways to lead and guide them to become successful entrepreneurs and job creators after their education.
- For Business it means getting closer to their market (community at large) that builds a positive relationship and goodwill behind a definite cause. In this way build a strong ‘loyalty’ factor.
In this respect the BBN Community Liaison Executives (CLE’s) play an important role in successfully implementing the BBN 6-3-1 Community Success Plan in their communities.
